Have you already tried meal prep? Sometimes when I have the free time and energy, I'll take the time to cook meals ahead of time, and stick them in the freezer or fridge to pull out and thaw/heat up as needed. My air fryer and crock pot make everything else a thousand times easier.

I honestly was pretty doubtful that I'd enjoy it (the concept of extraction shooters didn't appeal to me at all before), but it's turned out to be the most hooked I've been on a game in a long, long while.
