I use to drink nothing but energy drinks all day and even late into the night but I finally cut down to at least one a day then to one every couple days and I get a kidney stone? 💔

Because I don’t drink soda and the only form of caffeine I drink is Red Bull, been drinking them since I was like 11, energy drinks eat away at your insides and cause a lot of problems. I could deal with the heart palpitations but kidney stones are no joke they mean business

I use to drink multiple a day but for the past 2 years I’ve only drink one a day and it triggered this big stone in my kidney. It sucks I love my red bull but I cannot breathe move or sleep

Not to be one of those people but this is the worst pain I’ve ever been through and I’ve given birth, just take it easy on them..
