in D.T one time, we were making this box of sorts out of plywood, and we got the opportunity to paint it. we had two irish D.T teachers called mr branken and mr dolan, and i thought it'd be a fun idea to draw the hand of ulster on the side! mr branken loved it, whereas mr dolan was not impressed.

the BBC's Threads (1984) has to be one of the most jaw-dropping, harrowing movies I've ever watched. it completely destroys your view of nuclear war and puts you face to face with it's harsh reality.
