Pogacar, not doing Roubaix in 2025, says to me that they want to concentrate on winning the Tour again... a definite worry about a 100% Vingegaard.

There have been crashes in cycling for as long as I remember. Slowing bike riders down will not prevent crashes.
Road conditions and riders taking higher risks are the problem. Not sure you can stop the latter, but you can deem some roads high risk. Especially descents and finishes.
