Let's learn abotu the Maned wolf, Chrysocyon brachyurus. They're native to South America, mostly Brazil & are the only species in genus Chrysocyon (Greek for "golden dog").

The 'maned' refers to black tufting around the neck, a regal mane for a TALL prince.

I baked homemade burger buns the other day, so we had cheeseburgers and coleslaw tonight. Burgers had homemade burger sauce, shredded lettuce, fresh onion slices and pickled jalapenos. Really delicious. Burger bun recipe is from Joshua Weissman and classic coleslaw recipe from Serious Eats 🍽️
