Since getting a new job (and a side gig taking hours helping those fleeing domestic violence) I’ve managed to work towards stabilizing myself, find so much work/life balance, AND I have the best coworkers at both places. I’m entering my peaceful era. 😌

I’m exhausted 😭

The perk of working at 5 am is that I’m off super early. The biggest con though is I’m so…..freaking…..tired.

Anyone else leave the nonprofit world and find it completely isolating? Or is it just me?

It's interesting really having the realization that the people who you thought was in your corner, never really was.
