Con volunteers and artists are a very core part for a convention, you mistreat and disrespect them they will end up walking away from your event. Feel bad for Saphy, Brink and other people I know that were on staff that got treated this way by the con chair. So disappointing 🫤

This year we had a new head. His name is fandom.
Saying he was a bad con head is an absolute understatement.
I cant begin to describe how awful this con went this year behind the scenes.

Sure love when con chair's have 0 accountability and when confronted would rather have the con fall apart than answer very valid questions and do what is best for the con and staff. If a huge part of staff is asking for your removal, YOU might be the problem.
