Nowadays, I'm noticing there's more of a 'I just like fall and pumpkin spice' crowd instead of those who are ready for Halloween and spooky vibes. I only ever see it online now, and never in person.

In the video I tagged, I feel like I fall in the category of people who desperately want to try and give that holiday spirit to the next generation.

My halloweens were kinda lonely as I didn't have many friends, and I didn't have siblings.

But I loved the effort and energy of the holiday.

We finally got our first place, with a front yard. This year was supposed to be our test to find out how Halloween will go.

The whole neighborhood was blacked out, spare a couple of houses sprinkled around with decor and lights on.

I was crying while pulling decorations down last night.
