Simple. Email does not comply with 38 CFR 1.506 and 1.576 requirements for information requests. Can’t verify the requester, what specific information they want, or the intended purpose. At best, they get directed to the VA privacy office.

Extremely stupid. The Trump administration’s argument to the court to undo birthright citizenship afforded by the 14th amendment was that Native Americans aren’t citizens, therefore anyone born of parents from elsewhere has less of a right to citizenship.
