Forgot lunch taco bowl for dinner. Took a bag of shredded rotisserie chicken from the freezer and simmered it with a small can of tomato sauce, a can of green chiles, dry onion & bell peppers, taco seasoning, and enough water to rinse the cans. Microwaved a bag of cilantro lime rice. Added toppings!

I’m not a party democrat but all-dem sponsors isn’t especially sending red flags.

🎂 Happy birthday to me! I got a lovely dinner of fried chicken, potatoes, mushrooms, coleslaw, and rolls from chicken shack. Definitely hit the spot.

My 8yo has declared that I’m “one really good bake or like 5 pretty good bakes away from being a great baker”. French herb garlic bread for spaghetti.
