A mycologist told me that of all my deceiver photos that these were the only actual amethyst deceivers or Laccaria amethystina. I assume he knew what he was talking about! 😁 Unlike the below that had tan stipes, these stipes were purple, like the caps.

Antrodia, only seen this in one spot on these two adjacent stumps. Reminds me of honeycomb. Unlike most polypores, Antrodia is an effused-resupinate, meaning they grow stretched out on a surface with the hymenium exposed instead of underneath.
