Canada 🇨🇦 faced a similar issue in 2004 (Harper v. Canada) in its Supreme Court (SCC). Canada limited 3rd party spending. Canada maintains a level playing field, ensuring that wealthy interests don't overtake democracy. 2004 our countries took different paths
