It isn’t just not knowing how to drive in snow. It’s that they don’t have the equipment in the same amount you have there. And in cases like the GWP, with only two lanes, when you add a snowstorm, it causes a great deal of trouble.

There was a snowstorm that trapped people when everybody tried to leave DC at the same time because they told people to leave at 3.

It’s all relative. If there were a 5.0 earthquake in the Midwest the place would come to a halt. Here in California we just thank our partners for making the earth move for us.

We are not watching. The TV is off and we’re at my mom’s having an Argentinian pre Valentine’s/wedding anniversary feast. She and my stepdad (my dad died in 1998) got married on Valentines Day. So we always have a feast with some tango dancing to celebrate.
