I finished this piece earlier in the year for the Polar Lights charity zine and am still really proud of how it came together! The zine still available at polarlightszine.itch.io and they donate annually to the Antarctic and Southern Ocean Coalition.

I have so much love for little round #birds - I can't explain how I felt the first time I saw a wild European robin when I was in the UK a few years back. A couple of little studies here, honestly amazed by the colours on these guys.

Pulled out some traditional media for the first time in a good long while, and it was wonderfully soothing. (And then I remembered the pain of trying to get the image on my screen to decently reflect the image that I hold in my hands.)
