Too true; I’m just used to the warbler variety, not one large enough to knock me flat if it so chooses!

Had similar where I was hearing them call but couldn’t see them - until I looked up; they were roosting in a tree!

If you have time, I recommend making your own stock (we make a big batch and freeze ramen sized packs).

Took about two years for me to go from “giant flinging projectiles” to “bringer of yummy tasties!!” for the local ones here
