My take on it is about how strong a "promise" you want to make. If you're ok making the "strong promise" about exactly which implementation you're using, TaxCalculator is fine.
If you want to make a smaller "promise" that your object has that method, a ForCalculatingTaxes is maybe what you want.

Old school trolling is an art and serves some good/useful purposes. They find the edge/flip cases of thought or debate, they play the jester's role of holding nothing scared.
Sadly trolling is now just being mean to folk so you feel a bit superior - that breaks rule zero and agreed, a sad hobby.

As part of changing any procedures or approvals, consider some physio or massage on those scarred areas. Get them moving, warm them up, try to break down the worst of the bound scarring so it can heal into a better shape.
