They won’t have to try to tank. They are are just not very good. Jaylon Brown has talked about his “sacrifice”being second option to Tatum but in the first two games he has not shown he can be the player he thinks he is. White is a great complimentary player but might be asked to do to much.

Is the hospital supposed to delay life saving care to confirm a persons status as a citizen. This is all nonsense. The hospital must treat everyone that comes for care. The issue is reimbursement for the care, not providing the care.

there to be legal protection against a civil claim of medical negligence, congress would have to pass a statute. That statute would have to set out what a hospital is required to do to establish that a person is a citizen or not. It would be impossible to enforce that law in an emergency situation.

You are correct but that is not an issue with the courts. The lower courts have issues multiple rulings upholding the right to due process. The courts are doing all they can to stop Trump. You are right this is a fascinating regime, but be proud of the judges and courts that are fighting back

The trial courts gave been strong and held firm against Trumps orders. The trial courts are the last line of defense. The courts have been stressed but so far have held.
