Hint: Eye color + woman's first name, large number of followers. We were Twitter mutual followers for years. Said she 'LOATHED' being questioned and threatened to block me, although what she posted was indeed incorrect. I was so disappointed in her gigantic fucking ego that I blocked her instead.

It seems to be an indicator when he's feeling particularly predatory. Several of these images look to be from the 1992 "party", where there's a short video of Trump pointing & talking to Epstein about women or girls nearby. It almost looks like sneering Trump was "shopping" for girls in that video.
