You’ve got to keep active to continue to serve your little bird Buddy.

I’m not a runner, but love a good bike ride.

I’d say yoga counts. But so does walking up the stairs instead of taking the lift. Just being active is what’s important. I’m not a gym nut, just want to be able to do whatever life throws at me.

So you work out in the mornings? I try and get to the gym every morning before work but can’t do a night workout. Lunchtime is my limit if pushed. I read on the weekend that the more Neanderthal genes you have the more likely you are to be a morning person. I’m not sure that’s a good thing??

Such a nice guy. He was a professional on big money and tossed it in to deliver furniture because he hates working in an office and wanted to get out and about and do something with his hands. He now delivers and builds flat pack furniture.

Shredding means losing weight. The dude looked pretty fit but he said he bought a suit he has to fit in to.

My Monday is over. Big work day, left home at 6.30am. Started work 7.20am. Finished 6.15pm. But actually has a nice day. Drove an hour north of Melbourne and spent a day with a new group of people. Met a guy shredding for his wedding in Jan and a lady who used to live in a haunted house.

Yeah it’s cool. It’s from a local brewery. They do their own style German beers. I buy them at farmers markets. Tasting notes say it is “our take on the traditional drink of Bamberg, Germany. A prominent bacon-esque beechwood smoke aroma and flavour mellows out with the sweetness of the malt”.

I don’t find myself interesting and doubt others would either. But you’re right, it’s easier to be in a conversation than to randomly post stuff.

You know Violet, I don’t really know either. I never used Twitter and never post on Instagram or Facebook. Although as you know I am on Discord but that seems easy for some reason, is it because it’s themed?

You’re very lucky to have a forest so close. Envious!
