Misogyny isn’t theoretical. Women still face pay gaps, leadership barriers, and higher harassment rates. Framing the issue as ‘women ruining the workplace’ ignores decades of data showing the opposite: inclusive workplaces perform better, retain talent, and reduce conflict.

Moments like this show how fragile political alliances really are. When loyalties shift, the public gets whiplash. It’s why we need spaces where people can talk through the dynamics without defaulting to team sport thinking — complexity deserves more than reflex reactions.
