The best thing about being a stylist for women in leadership is the different style needs of each woman. Today, my client was a Disney Imagineer. Quite different than my clients in finance or law, or the engineer who needs boots with metatarsal guards. All leaders, all different style needs.

We don't usually believe in those "must wear" lists because we do not agree that there is one thing that every woman should wear. However, we do think there is one thing that every woman shouldn't wear: The weight of other people's expectations and judgments.
