Interesting read. Jean Freeman's assessment certainly speaks to my lived experience as a citizen looking for guidance throughout those strange days.
I'm, personally, grateful it was Nicola Sturgeon and Jean Feeman we had in place.

In times of crisis a clear leader is required. It’s a poor leader who does not surround themself with experts, then involve/ discuss/ listen to them. But the leader is exactly that. A leader. NS was a stable presence in time of uncertainty. And I love the fact that she’s clear she would be again.

I'm still astonished that the £37bn seems to have been glossed over. It's the GDP of countries like Estonia, Bahrain, Libya. Supposedly spent on what is basically a software app, that was ineffective. That it impossible to accept - where did the money go?
