Well, for a start, the dinosaurs have almost all died out, apart from one that seems to stomp around in that shiny white mansion on Pennsylvania Avenue. You know, the one with that really tacky gold office.

Yah! Abolishing NHS England will reduce bureaucracy & improve efficiency by cutting overlapping responsibilities and admin costs. More local control via ICSs should enhance responsiveness. Direct oversight by the Dept of Health will streamline decision making & improve accountability and outcomes.
