I picked up the KraftTone set for Procreate, and BOY HOWDY after two days of experimenting with it, I feel like I have a better understanding of old school comics coloring and a deeper respect for colorists of that time.

Popping in to add advice I heard elsewhere that helped me out: Be your project's biggest fan. Because the more you enjoy your own completed work as a fan after being its creator, the more you're likely to create more because you yourself want to see more. And that will show and others will join.
