Wonder if all the people who said they’d quit Threads if they introduced ads are actually going to leave the app now. (I doubt it.)

I tried glitter freckles and got so many compliments ✨ just a forewarning to my sensitive skin girlies or those who are allergic to adhesives, I fell asleep in these and was a little itchy and red the next day lol I don’t recommend leaving them on for long periods of time!

My fatigue has been bad my whole life but lately it has ben unreal, & they found out that I was not quite deficient, but on the very low end of normal for B12 & when I supplement with it I feel so much better. Have you had bloodwork done recently? It might be worth looking into!

pic of me from my friends wedding last october vs tonight... i think it may be #gastroparesis related? maybe malabsorption or malnutrition? i never had this problem before my diagnosis.

It's been a year since my last MCAS flare. I'm glad it has given me a break so I can focus on other issues (mainly my gastroparesis & pectus excavatum). It's super scary to be vulnerable & share & talk about this, but it's worth it if it makes anyone else feel less alone. 🫂
