Once again, critical undersea infrastructure has been damaged in the Baltic Sea. Early on the morning of January 27, an underwater fiber-optic cable connecting Sweden and Latvia was damaged. Just a few weeks ago, critical infrastructure connecting Finland and Estonia was also damaged.
