Yesterday was a tough day. Many folks were mad as hll, disheartened & frustrated.

Hi Friends and Revolutionaries! Some local atl events I am involved with. The first is with my women’s/LGBTQ+ group. Most of us live in north atl but we are spread all over. Our goal is to make other liberal minded friends who also like to be activists of sorts. Second two are 50501 protest info ✊🏽✊🏿✊🏻

Today Amplify Georgia and I held a presser following my introduction of SB 196, a bill that will defund fake Crisis Pregnancy Centers. These Centers pose as reputable people who support pregnant women, only to misinform them and faith-based advice that turns women away from abortions.

No democracy movement has ever failed when it was able to mobilize at least 3.5% of the population to protest over a sustained period. Soldiers have no desire to suppress protesters then. Why? Because the crowd includes their family members, friends, coworkers, and neighbors.
