The best thing about cooler weather is that I can get back to cooking my favorite meals. Tonight, I made pot roast! #dinner

Pork chop with braised cabbage and apples. #dinner

I had a blast at #worldcon, but I'm so glad to be home to my own kitchen. Potato scallion pancakes with herbed cheese, smoked salmon, salmon roe, and dill; cucumber dill salad with a lemon vinaigrette; and roasted shishito peppers. #dinner
