On top of this, it is very easy to set up a rogue base station and snoop unencrypted phone traffic. Just costs money. You can see them in DC sometimes on top of buildings.

But he was a junior attorney for a couple years!

Unfortunately this is the place where my kind (lawyers) can spin a lot of money into bad law. Right now it seems like a maybe. www.mofo.com/resources/in...

I took two slices of pizza even though I knew we only had enough for each person to have one slice. 0-3 for Mamdani’s socialist proposals.

Very interested in this. My big game idea as a kid was a game where you were a crazy (to other people) monk. I wanted to use perspective to show hidden puzzles (the Witness later did it), use adaptive music to give you clues in combat, and have color saturation be a hint for social puzzles.

This is nationalism rearing its ugly head. We’re a constitutional democracy. That’s our values. If people want to value anything, they can. If they want to vote for anything, they can. As awful as I find Miller, I don’t want a law against his views. I just want him to start following the laws.

I think it’s a dead heat between getting paid to say it, or saying what you think will get you paid if you say it.

This is why it’s important to take some humanities courses in college. One office hours visit at the right age could have cleared this up.

You need a bank account for this, but I think the rest is right. If you think a party will make you substantial money, you’re just a rationalization away from voting for them whoever they are. And if someone made you money, it’s easy to want to like them.

Yep. That was my first thought. Wonder how Jeh Johnson feels about all this. Disappointed in my old school and my old firm.

Have your lawyers check whether the act of training involved having the AI make copies of your works or portions thereof (in addition to simply copying them into the training set). Plead both if applicable.

My wife and I tried this a couple weeks ago, and we both thought it was just okay. This week we have had to introduce rules about it so that we sleep at least a little most nights.

As a rule of thumb, any professor of too many things is just a political operative.

Ha. Russian propaganda is trying to convince a walking security risk to go where the gold is.

IMO, the game is designed to make you feel like you overcame a very difficult challenge. A lot of mechanics quickly and permanently erode the difficulty present in the first few hours, and it never comes back. Still a great game.

Part 2: then partner with groups that verify ID anyway like CLEAR so that people acquire your ID and can link it easily to accounts.

If you are making this, please include a field for the source/manner of the verification and then create an API so that online communities and online games etc. can allow users to filter for only others who are verified by sources they trust.

This big headline suits don’t feed a lot of mouths. What really gets lawyers employed is when a law changes from “don’t do x” to “don’t unreasonably do x.”

Without spoiling things, if you like the card game, you are going to have a good time.

I felt like Remake had issues with pacing and emotional urgency. Rebirth has less of that, but it does sometimes insert content from the spinoff games in places that don’t help the narrative.

For me this was the clear low point of the game, but I’d also forgotten about it until now. There are other bumps, but they’re infrequent. Oh, and definitely consider trying out hard mode in both games. The battle system really shines on hard. I think maybe that’s the better balanced mode.
