It is model railway day at Alexandra Palace!
The new teenage boy cat next door, Jack, has figured out how easy it is to hunt birds in our back garden. We decided that the only safe place for the feeder was out front, where most house pets do not go. We finally found a spot where even the slow wood pigeon feels safe stopping by for a snack.

Yesterday I went to visit the Spa Valley Railway in Tumbridge Wells. Spring has sprung and it looked delightfully bright compared to the dead of winter.
