I got a Motorola RAZR 2023, and having the Bluetooth from the Quick settings, pop up a toggle, is quite possibly the stupidest choice I've seen in tech since Apple put the charging port on the bottom of their mouse.

Cooking with cast iron constantly, and scrubbing it (I know, sacrilege, don't murder me there's an end goal, I'M SORRY!) will put more iron in to your diet and can help with anaemia.
Scrub after every meal with Scotch Brite. Season more often. Cook with EV olive oil.
No more iron pills...
