When voting for a president who promises to strip human rights protections from a group you do not belong to, remember that sacrificing someone else's rights comes at a cost you will have to bear. Sooner or later, you will have to forfeit some of your rights in exchange for theirs being taken away.

This morning at the gym, I witnessed a disturbing moment whereby a teenage boy boldly told a woman—old enough to be his aunt—that she had a “beautiful behind.”
This reminded me of how toxic masculinity emboldens men, from an early age, to disrespect and objectify women without any consequence.
