The horses were found by a member of the public and reported to the Beaver County Sheriff's Office,Utah on Jan. 4, 2025 in the mountains northwest of the reservoir. Evidence indicates the shooting likely happened several days before the horses were discovered.

#UPDATE: Plane needed to make an emergency landing.
🚨Crash involving FIVE vehicles & the plane happened after the plane had a successful landing.
UHP: 3 people were injured (no one in the plane). 2 people transported to local hospital w/ 'serious injuries', 1 transported w/ 'moderate injuries'.
