Part of the cancer journey is staying active. The meds can age the body prematurely. My beautiful wife built a home gym where we can work out. Today: chest/triceps (dips pictured here).

BACK TO THE DOJANG- my schedule finally permits me time to go back to #taekwondo #training. It is to help me fight against the negative side-effects of my cancer meds. Everyone was so welcoming and I thank my wife and Grandmaster Park for their support in my martial arts journey. #blackbelt
