It's been great to see so many friends and colleagues during Caucus weekend including at our Senate Majority Leader’s Legislative breakfast.

Another one of those full-circle moments. In high school, I participated in Global Kids, a special program that empowers youth to become human rights activists and community leaders. This week I met with the current leadership of the program. GK could not be more important at this time.

So excited! After 3 years of strategizing + hard work, NY will soon be the 9th state to fund universal school meals for all students. You can’t teach a hungry child & soon we won’t have to. No child will ever need to feel hungry in class again.
