Dad. Husband. Bloodhounds. Bread. Can’t believe how far, and fast, we’ve fallen.
It’s a total shit show down here, Stewart.

Like, just an epic clusterfuck.

Sorry.

Good morning Mr. Baird! My daughter is attending university in Edinburgh and I am looking for a specific book for her. I was hoping you might be able to assist. Could you possibly DM me? Thank you.

Regards,

Brian

When I had really shit insurance, I went to the doctor with nausea & vomiting.

Told intake & the nurse. Doc comes in and asks what’s the issue. So I tell him. He does brief abdominal pressing and asks “any nausea or vomiting?”

Hello?

Spent less than 1minute with me, no diagnosis.

$100 copay

*If* it ever actually existed

It boggles the mind. One of the most precious things I discovered in the Epstein emails was that Epstein and his associates referred to him as “MacGyver” because he got away with so much shit.

Not sure what you’re arguing. So he was asked about it during his confirmation hearing. By one senator. About two questions. And then he was confirmed.

My point was many people knew a lot, but it is absolutely wasn’t common knowledge until the Herald articles in Nov 2018
November 15, 2025 at 8:41 PM
He resigned 8 months after the Herald articles. If it came up in his Confirmation hearing, I am unaware but he was confirmed!

I’m not saying people didn’t know. I just think when we look back now it’s not nearly as common knowledge before November 2018.
November 15, 2025 at 6:57 PM
Not sure tbh. I am sure many of his acquaintances were shocked when that pleading became widely known in November 2018.

I’m trying to remember if it came up during Alex Acosta’s Senate confirmation hearing and… No, I did not. Not a single question. Because it wasnt widely known

Did he not plead guilty to a misdemeanor solicitation charge?

No one found out the true horror and all of the shady legal moves until a decade later
November 15, 2025 at 1:09 AM
And dipshits walk among us who think it’s witchcraft
November 15, 2025 at 12:50 AM
I’m guessing a substantial amount of people were unaware.

Another substantial amount of people thought something was odd and off, but really didn’t think it could be that bad.

And then there were people who were actually abusing kids This went on for 20+ years, so we had to have some discretion
November 15, 2025 at 12:47 AM
Just a never ending grift and crime spree with these folks
November 15, 2025 at 12:43 AM
Agree.
November 14, 2025 at 11:57 PM
People in charge of government and in charge of those who investigate all doing lots o’criming.

Congress? Senate?

Absent.
November 14, 2025 at 5:27 PM
Not to say it wouldn’t have been prosecuted, just that the cases they were pursuing were far easier and wood statutorily prevent Trump from ever holding office
November 14, 2025 at 3:09 PM
Ok then.

I guess I need to be more circumspect about being circumspect.
November 14, 2025 at 2:47 PM
I mean, the Miami Herald won a Pulitzer Prize for the exposé in 2019. It was absolutely not common knowledge.
November 14, 2025 at 2:37 PM
Of course many people knew and I’m not defending anyone. I’m just saying it’s reasonable to believe that not every single person knew, because very few people who were not directly involved knew until late 2018 .

reasonable to believe the hundreds of people who corresponded with him did not know
November 14, 2025 at 2:35 PM
DOJ released nothing.

Also, until November 2018, it is entirely reasonable for many Epstein associates who did not directly engage in pedophilia to think he merely was convicted of misdemeanor solicitation
November 14, 2025 at 2:29 PM
Talked to a friend about this and he made a good point.

A very easily explainable reason why the worst AG in history, Merrick Garland, did not pursue the Epstein issue, is because the government had Trump dead to rights on the insurrection and classified documents.

Epstein case was far messier

“And that’s wrong! The Republican part has worked hard for 40 years to create our own American class of low wage servants and I support that!”
November 14, 2025 at 2:04 PM
This is exactly how I read it
November 14, 2025 at 12:52 AM
I have no knowledge or any inside information but judging from past behavior, they’re not gonna do a fucking thing
