I would think which team you are taken by has a significant effect on outcomes in a given range. There's more reason for excitement when TEAM A takes a certain player in the late 20s instead of TEAM B

For example, Google Search was a tool designed to help people by providing quality info quickly and easily. Improving that tool was the primary focus for the search team. But over time, it became a tool for Google to increase engagement with their products + advertisers. And now Google Search sucks.

The incentive to maximize human engagement/data is greater than providing accurate information and improving users' lives.

We've seen this scenario play out over and over again with meta, google search, amazon, twitter, etc. There's no reason why we should trust these corporations this time around.

I have a strong feeling that there is a faction of tariff supporters who genuinely think this is the best path for America. I also think there are plenty of folks who don't really care about how this is being implemented and see a way to enrich themselves.

We have countless examples of his sociopathic behavior that has absolutely nothing to do with business. Seems pretty damn relevant.
