I met Wendy and Richard Pini at New York Comic Con today and I’m still buzzing. Elfquest was so hugely fundamental for me. My brother bought me the first trade when it first came out and I still have it. It’s falling apart now so I bought the nice new edition from them today

At New York Comic Con today I did the "Starfleet Academy" experience where you play games as if it's your entrance exam, and it was really fun, and at the end they tell you what your major will be based on your test results, and I got "undeclared".

They got the order of steps wrong and it’s really bothering me. Step one should be step three, or if it’s the overall description then this is a two step process. This is on every seat.

A bit sunburnt from traipsing around Edinburgh Castle yesterday in the unseasonably warm and sunny weather we’ve been having, but ready to start day four of my Fringe experience nonetheless! Haven’t left Old Town and Holyrood yet, so this morning I’m headed to New Town.

About two hours to kill in London. Not quite enough to stray far from our hotel, especially with a long train ride coming, so I’m wandering Kensington Gardens. I stayed close to here on my prior visit so I’m a bit familiar, but it’s making for a lovely quiet morning nonetheless.
