Agreed. It’s a too-common view of “all-side”-ers and ostensible free thinkers that readily apparent bullshit, outlandish claims made in bad faith, and fringe conspiracies deserve to be elevated and legitimized through debate. They don’t. Mockery and marginalizing is an effective tool against them.

I have no doubt they spent as much money as they did to do exactly that and to do so in magnificent fashion. I’m counting on it, actually.
