Swoop loves a run in the sea and on the sand at Wembury beach on a bracing January afternoon.

My trip to Scotland has been wonderful but I’m now on a train and starting my long journey home. On the first leg I can enjoy the gorgeous Borders countryside.

Swoop’s not happy: one of his favourite trees has come down, thanks to storm Bert.
