Food for thought on tactics. Since SCOTUS is going rogue at the top of the judiciary, We the People should follow suit at the bottom until they relent.
Stage One Jury Strike would be not convicting peaceful protestors.
Stage Two Jury Strike would be not convicting nonviolent protestors.

SCOTUS has gone rogue by using the Shadow Docket to put stays on injuctions on Trump admin's violation of the law, thus letting the violations continue while the litigation drags out.
Maybe it's time for We the People to do something similar at the bottom of the system: the jury box.
