Doesn't believe in 90-day nofap challenges,

Because he started his journey to quit porn for good not 90 days.

Thinks and acts like a man who has never watched porn in his life

Because this is how men who aren't addicted to porn think and act.

Doesn't view porn as the "forbidden fruit" which he must have a lot of before the supply is cut when he resets his counter.

Because he doesn't use counters

Doesn't put off dating until his PE is cured,

Because he knows that dating and having sex with women will drive and motivate him to cure PE.

Doesn't count the number of days he's gone without porn,

Because he knows that this will only keep him in the vicious cycle of bingeing porn for days before resetting his counter when he relapses.

The more "one more" days you rack up, the easier it will be for you to keep pushing forward.

With time, the urge to click onto porn sites will disappear.

But by then, you won’t just be free from porn,

Your entire life will be transformed.

Whenever I felt the urge to watch porn.

I'd tell myself "I don't watch porn"

And I didn't watch porn.

If you're a man who wants to free himself from the vicious cycle of Relapse → Binge → Shame → Reset → Repeat for good.

I am I trying to quit porn for 90 days, or the rest of my life?

Because the problem is, when you treat it like a 90-day sprint,

You’re still secretly planning your relapse.

To seeing it as the enemy to you reducing the number of times you fap in a day.

Before you embark on a 90-day nofap challenge or use a "proven" nofap Counter, ask yourself:

Whereas tracking manages your addiction by forcing you to keeping the number of times you're fapping low.

If you relapse, it discourages you from bingeing.

Which gets your mind from viewing porn as "The forbidden fruit" you must have a lot of before the supply is cut when you reset your counter.

Counting the days you've gone without watching porn reinforces the idea of going back to zero every time you relapse,

Making it way more justifiable to binge before starting over again.

Every time you reset your counter, you become increasingly discouraged and unmotivated.

I tracked what triggered me to watch porn and the time I spent watching porn.

With time I went from fapping 25-30 times a month to only 2-3 times a month.

The trick I used?

I stopped focusing on the days I went without watching porn, but the hours I watched porn in a day.
