So if the BBBill prevents any legislation on regulations for AI for 10 years, how soon will we have a 2 tiered purchase system, where you pay one price to deal with an AI and another higher price to deal with a person?

Is it just me or is it wild that when the AI wakes up and takes over, that the terminators will be running on hardware built by a video game company?
