"When tweets were limited to 140 chars a tweet that used the exact maximum length was referred to as a "twoosh." Term is derived from the idea of achieving perfection similar to the "swoosh" sound of a basketball perfectly hitting the net. Term fell out of use when character limit increased to 280"
