And at least with a physical copy, you could read an article at the stand or the store or wherever. You didn't necessarily have to pay to consume the information.

I get that there's overhead and all that. But that's what ads and sponsorship are for. Have a paid ad-free version and opportunities to get value out of supporting. Make your bread, I don't care. But I just don't agree with the concept of gatekeeping information on current events.

I mean boiled cabbage isn't exactly the exciting part og that meal, but I do love coleslaw. I just didn't realize it had any other uses. But yes, she's the best cook I know.

Growing up, pretty much all of my cabbage was either boiled for St. Patrick's day or in coleslaw. My filipino girlfriend uses it for everything. Sometimes it just takes a little culture, but I have been shown the light.
