A google search of "CVS Caremark Prop Admin Department" yielded the website cvsconstructionpropertyadmin.com which has a link to CVS Pharmacy Realty cvspharmacyrealty.com/properties/?... Which lists 499 Snelling as an available "surplus property". Would seem to imply they are the owners, no?

Sorry, I fell down the rabbit hole a bit. The recently closed CVS in Brooklyn Center is also lists ownership as CVS in Woonsocket, RI.

So funny that SCP could be an abbreviation for Shell Corporation Property. I have a newly abandoned CVS in my neck of the woods, and that is owned by a similarly-named entity:
