We had an old house without central heating, but with coal fires in the bedrooms which we were allowed to light at weekends in the winter. I’d sit in the dark watching the flames listening to the top 40. Cosy times long gone. I feel old!

Have you tried Spotify, or the new BBC app available outside the UK?

I’m a subscriber of many years, but I’d rather have the choice of the regular cover. I find the ones without cover lines quite bland.
