Six months ago I never thought I’d be able to do this ever again. Heart surgery and cardiac rehabilitation is not a lifestyle choice I’d recommend, but it works. I’m far from sorted yet. But I feel much more hopeful now.

If you are all caught up in Cardinal fever (I am) I wonder if you’ll be interested in one fella’s (me) experience of encountering a Cardinal and consequently the highest Vatican officials? It’s not a misery read. But people tell me it’s been important to them.
