More or less WOTC will always try to personify or make more human any creature that gets any traction. So despite silves being one of there classic designs they tried to do to them what they successfully did to cephalids and vadalkins.

Heads up. There are random cards from that era that are literal hundreds of dollars now. Worth looking through them at an lgs for a quote or the like.

If I had to take a stab as someone once in a similar situation. There is likely a shared folder with these JPEGs that are all pre-approved so you do not have to ask for specific permission. You could in theory ask for other images but then you again, likely have to go through legal and marketing.

Unironically, Craigslist. Most landlords that have the best buildings or deals never advanced past this level of tech. Also I would highly recommend looking into Jersey City / Hoboken. Bigger places, lower rent, no NYC income tax and it's still one train to Manhattan.
