Went from Asturius where they have the most amazing natural cider to Galicia. Stopped for lunch and asked for cider. Got served this. In Ireland it is marketed as Orchard Thieves. Potentially very accurate marketing in fairness...

County council sign up for months. We've rats in the park. Also for months now. We also have squirrels and ducks which some people feed. For me, I would have said something less fancy like "Stop feeding the ducks until we get rid of all the rats!“. This sign is fairly useless so far.

Slightly depressing to think that Christmas starts before Halloween these days. This display at Mayfield service station has probably been in place for weeks too.

Most sweet chestnuts I find in Ireland are point compared to what you find in France or Spain. But these are beauts! Growing beside the Luas line in Milltown, bursting out just this week.
